Contentious Insolvency & Commercial Litigation Associate

We are working on an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Dispute Resolution team in London, highly ranked by leading legal directories and advising private, commercial and sovereign clients. The successful candidate will work closely with Partners on contentious insolvency and commercial litigation, including: Civil fraud, injunctive relief, partnership/shareholder disputes, breach of contract and professional negligenceAdvising office holders, directors, lenders and other stakeholders on insolvency and restructuring mattersInsolvency litigation, including winding-up and bankruptcy petitions, breach of duty, transactions at undervalue, preferences and misfeasanceManaging and mentoring junior team members.
Ideal candidate: Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQEPredominantly contentious insolvency experience, with some commercial litigation experienceRestructuring experience desirable, but not essentialStrong academic background and excellent client/team management skills.
