Overview

In this role you will lead and shape a Contested Probate practice within a growing regional law firm. You will handle a broad range of disputes in probate, trusts and estates, and help expand the specialist offering while building your profile in private wealth. You’ll work closely with cross-referral teams to drive business development and partnership progression. Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of contentious probate, trust and estate disputes
• Develop and expand areas of expertise within the practice
• Strengthen professional referral networks and cross-referral opportunities
• Collaborate with Private Client and Court of Protection teams for case work and referrals
• Contribute to the growth path toward partnership and firm growth

Key requirements

• Senior Contentious Probate Solicitor with 7+ PQE
• Strong technical skills in contentious probate, trusts and estate disputes
• Commercial awareness and business development flair
