The team advises on a broad range of matters, including will, trust and estate disputes, Inheritance Act claims, challenges to will validity, breach of trust matters, and applications for the removal of executors or trustees.

With a consistently busy caseload, this role offers excellent exposure to varied, complex and high value work, including HNW matters.
