You'll work closely with nationally recognised specialists on a wide range of contentious matters, including: Will validity challengesExecutor and trustee disputesProprietary estoppel and 1975 Act claimsTrust disputes involving family dynamics and offshore structuresContentious issues arising during estate administrationYou'll also collaborate with non contentious private client teams, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of estates where litigation and administration overlap.
