As a Continuous Improvement Analyst , you'll work across Sales, Logistics, Finance and IT, reviewing and improving the processes that take customer orders from initial entry through to international delivery and billing.

With over 7,700 lives saved , your work as a Continuous Improvement Analyst will help improve the commercial and operational processes behind a business delivering equipment that makes a genuine difference. The Opportunity as a Continuous Improvement Analyst Reporting to the Head of Logistics & Order Administration , you'll take ownership of identifying, analysing and delivering improvements across our Sales & Distribution processes.

Working with stakeholders across Sales, Logistics, Finance and IT, you'll review our end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle , map existing processes, identify bottlenecks and implement practical improvements that make our operations more efficient, accurate and effective.

You'll also play an important role in our continued digital transformation, supporting SAP S/4HANA , system changes and testing, while using operational data and KPIs to demonstrate where improvements are making a measurable difference.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, giving you the opportunity to focus on continuous improvement, process engineering, data analysis and cross-functional problem-solving .
