Job Description Join our Procurement Department within the Corporate Services Division to drive operational excellence in Contract and Supplier Management (CSM). You will lead the CSM team in supporting the procurement function, officers and staff across the organisation.

You will play a pivotal role in optimising key supplier relationships, maintaining robust governance, and elevating the customer experience. Leading an established team, you will focus on continuous improvement, maximising contract efficiencies and continue to develop the contract and supplier management service.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage and develop CSM staff, oversee daily team operations and drive the continuous improvement of the overall CSM serviceSupplier Relationship Management (SRM): Manage and optimise key supplier relationships to maximise contract deliverables, value, and service performance.

Contract Optimisation: Identify operational and commercial improvement opportunities across critical vendor relationships to enhance service delivery. P2P Support: Deliver high-quality support services for the P2P functional areas, strengthening overall procurement capacity.

Governance & Performance: Maintain high standards of procurement governance, tracking key metrics to support an efficient and professional procurement function. Continuous Improvement: Proactively develop and streamline contract management processes and monitor lessons learned to drive continuous service enhancement across the organisation.
