Overview

In this role, you will oversee post-signature procurement activities and drive contract lifecycle excellence across a diverse supplier base. You will lead supplier relationships, governance, and performance improvements to maximise value and reduce costs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape procurement strategies and ensure compliant, cohesive supply chain operations. This is a permanent hybrid role in Worthing that offers a meaningful opportunity to transform supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement contract management strategies across the supplier/contract set
• Drive cohesive supplier management, performance and dispute resolution
• Support sourcing/category managers in contract review and finalisation
• Governance activities in supplier and contract management
• Identify and share opportunities for improvement in contract management and supplier relationships

Key requirements

• Post-signature procurement experience across contract management and supplier relationship management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and internal influencing skills
• Ability to foster collaborative and innovative supply chain relationships
• Appreciation of governance and compliance in procurement
• Procurement qualification such as MCIPS, WCC, IACCM or a law degree would be useful but not essential
