Contracts Manager, EMEA

Overview

In this role you will support commercial and technology transactions regionally, partnering with in-region counsel to review, draft, and negotiate complex contracts. You will translate global legal strategy into local execution, roll out contract programs, and enable cross-functional teams to execute efficiently. You’ll help scale contracting processes for enterprise customers, vendors, and partners while balancing risk with business needs. This is a collaborative, impact-oriented role in a fast-moving AI company.

Responsibilities

• Draft, analyze, negotiate, and complete complex commercial transactions, including IP licensing
• Develop scalable contracting solutions to improve efficiency
• Streamline contract management processes and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, Business Operations, Research, and Procurement to meet business objectives
• Partner with in-region and lead counsel on regional legal matters and workload prioritization
• Roll out process improvements and policy updates from global HQ; run local enablement sessions
• Contribute across legal functions and apply experience to new areas as needed

Key requirements

• Substantive knowledge of software and SaaS agreements, reseller, services, and strategic partnership contracts
• Ability to independently draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and procurement contracts
• Experience managing the full contract lifecycle for technology transactions, sales, and partnerships
