Key requirements

• proven track record with a reputable housebuilder
• extensive experience as a Contracts Manager on large residential projects (up to £30m)
• ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• strong man-management and motivational skills
• willingness to work across Surrey and Sussex
• degree qualification or relevant qualifications (preferred)
