The company have been around for a very long time and have a great reputation within the industry. They turnover circa 50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties. The Special Works Division carry out a range of work including internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between 100,000 and 3m in value, with a range of public and private clients predominantly within the Education and Healthcare sectors.
They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager that has a strong track record of managing multiple projects within the Education and Healthcare sectors. Experience working for a similar company within a Special / Small Works Division would be highly advantageous.
The position will be based out of their offices near Harpenden, Herts, and working on projects across the Northern Home Counties and London.
