Responsibilities

• Handle varied residential property transactions (Freehold and Leasehold Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity)
• Collaborate with pre-exchange, completions, and compliance teams to ensure smooth processes
• Deliver high-quality client service and advice
• Maintain accurate and detailed records for all matters

Key requirements

• Previous experience as Residential Property Solicitor, Property Lawyer, Conveyancer, or similar role
• At least 2 years of experience in Residential Conveyancing
• Strong attention to detail and client-focused mindset
• Effective written and verbal communication with ability to build client relationships
