Conveyancer

Job Description We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an established solicitors’ firm that is opening a new Manchester branch soon. They are seeking an experienced and motivated Qualified Conveyancer to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion while delivering excellent client service. Key Responsibilities Manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently.

Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and shared ownership matters. Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors. Draft and review contracts and other legal documentation.

Maintain accurate case records and meet completion deadlines. Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory and AML requirements. Requirements Qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or equivalent).

Previous residential conveyancing experience. Ability to manage files independently. Excellent communication and client care skills. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
