A well-established and growing Yorkshire law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and close-knit team in Harrogate, with a strong local presence and exciting expansion plans. With offices across West Yorkshire and a team that prides itself on delivering high-quality, personal service, the firm is continuing to expand its conveyancing offering in response to increasing demand. You’ll be joining an experienced and supportive conveyancing team, playing a key role in both handling a busy caseload and strengthening relationships with local estate agents and mortgage brokers.

The Role Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion Handling a wide range of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold matters, shared ownership and staircasing Working closely with a dedicated conveyancing assistant who will support you on a 1-1 basis Using a case management system to ensure efficient handling of files and compliance Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and local referrers Supporting the development of junior team members About You A minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing Proven ability to independently manage a varied caseload (typically 60–100 files) Strong client care skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines Excellent organisational and time management abilities High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using case management systems (e.g.

Proclaim, Redbrick, Quill or similar) A team player with the confidence to work independently when required Ideally based locally, with a full clean driving licence preferred What’s on Offer?
