Job Description Senior Conveyancer – Solihull An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join a well-established and ambitious regional law firm as it continues to expand its presence in Solihull.

The Role Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions Handling matters from instruction through to post-completion Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and introducers.

Supporting business development and networking activities to grow the firm's presence in the local market Working independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment About You At least 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing Excellent technical knowledge and exceptional client care skills The ability to manage files independently A proactive, commercially focused approach Experience of business development, networking and generating new work An existing network of contacts or client following would be advantageous but is not essential What's on Offer?
