You'll be joining a welcoming and supportive team, managing your own varied caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment. The Role You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Transfers of equity Remortgages New build transactions Shared ownership matters Right to Buy transactions Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties throughout the transaction Delivering an excellent client experience from instruction through to completion About You You will ideally have: At least 2 years' PQE as a Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent residential conveyancing experience) Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property transactions Excellent communication and client care skills A proactive and organised approach with strong attention to detail A desire to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team The Firm This established Legal 500 practice is recognised for delivering outstanding client service and investing in its people.
