Job Description Based in the heart of Walsall this reputable, long standing law firm seeks a residential conveyancer to join its small but successful practice. This is a full-time permanent role with two days home working after successful probation period.

The role Our client is seeking a residential conveyancing solicitor with at least 2 years PQE.
The role will involve handling a caseload of sales and purchase (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity and re-mortgage. You will have plenty of secretarial support along with support from more senior members of the team.
About you To be considered for this residential conveyancer role you must have experience running your own caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. You must be a team player and pride yourself up client care and this firm focuses on quality over quantity.
