Job Description Residential Conveyancer / Residential Property Solicitor (2-5 PQE) Bracknell £40,000 - £55,000 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded and long-established law firm with an excellent reputation across the Thames Valley region.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and successful property team known for delivering a first-class client service, handling high-quality work and providing a supportive environment where individuals are encouraged to develop and progress their careers.

The firm is keen to speak with Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and experienced Conveyancers with around 2-5 years' PQE who are confident managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.

The role will involve handling a broad range of matters including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity New build transactions Shared ownership matters Registered and unregistered title work The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with strong technical ability, excellent client care skills and a proven track record of managing a busy caseload and achieving strong billing performance.
