This is an excellent opportunity to work with major national housebuilder clients in a supportive, friendly and collaborative environment. The RoleYou will manage a busy and varied caseload of residential plot sales and wider conveyancing matters, including:Acting for housebuilder clients on the sale of new build plotsManaging a high volume caseload (around 100 matters) with accuracy and efficiencyHandling title investigation, enquiries, exchanges and completionsLiaising closely with clients, colleagues and internal teamsSupporting related Real Estate work such as site set ups, section agreements and deeds of variationDelivering work to tight deadlines while maintaining excellent service standardsCandidate RequirementsThis role is ideal for an experienced conveyancer with:Minimum 2-3 years' residential conveyancing experiencePlot sales experience preferred but not essentialAbility to manage files with minimal supervisionStrong organisational skills and confidence working under pressureExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong IT skills, including use of case management systemsQualification by experience, CILEX or Chartered Legal Executive(Solicitors not considered unless seeking a non traditional fee earning route)The team is selective and focused on securing high quality candidates who can hit the ground running.
