Job Description RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER FEE EARNER / PARALEGAL \ N SOUTHEND-ON-SEA, ESSEX \ N £30,000 - £36,000 \ N QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Assistant, to join our well-respected client in Southend-On-Sea, Essex. \ N We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established large residential team. You will be expected to manage a small caseload for roughly 1 to 5 years. \ N The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are: \ N
sales purchase \ N leaseholds freeholds \ N remortgages transfers of equity \ N
