Key Responsibilities

Handling a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion Managing sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, transfers of equity Providing an efficient, client-focused service with regular client updates Working closely with colleagues and supporting the wider team when required

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing Ability to manage a full caseload independently Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Licensed Conveyancer (qualification preferred but not essential) Strong communication and organisational skills Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
