Job Description Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer: This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive property team in Bracknell. The role offers a salary of £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE) plus company pension, discretionary bonus scheme, hybrid working, CPD support, parking facilities, and annual salary reviews. \ N About the Firm: \ N My client is a well-established law firm with a strong reputation in both commercial and private client services. With a growing property department, they provide high-quality legal advice alongside a supportive and collaborative working culture. \ N ConveyancingLawyer — Position Overview: \ N Manage a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and related matters. You’ll work closely with the Head of Department and other fee earners, supported by a team of legal assistants. \ N Key Responsibilities of the Conveyancing Lawyer: \ N
Managea varied caseload from instruction through to completion \ N Supervise and supportjunior members of the team \ N Handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and related transactions \ N Ensure effective client communication by phone, in writing, and face-to-face \ N Use case management systems and Microsoft Office packages \ N Identify opportunitiesfor business development and strengthen client relationships \ N
\ N Requirements of the Conveyancing Lawyer: \ N
\ N
Qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2+ years’ PQE \ N Experience with the CQS protocol \ N Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing \ N Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise effectively \ N Excellent communication and client care skills \ N Strong IT skills, withexperience in case management systems and Microsoft Office \ N
