Job Description Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Reading Location: Reading Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Job Type: Full-time, Permanent A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Reading is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing property team.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of residential property matters, acting for a varied client base and managing transactions from instruction through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and well-regarded team with strong progression opportunities.

The Role You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity New-build properties Lease extensions and related matters Dealing with lenders, agents and other third parties Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation Providing clear and commercially focused advice to clients Managing matters through to exchange and completion Working to deadlines and maintaining strong client relationships The Firm This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established law firm with a strong presence in the Reading market.
