Job Description Conveyancing Paralegal – London (E1) Location: London E1 Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (DOE) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent A well-established law firm in London is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy property department.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to fee earners, including file opening, document management, and handling correspondence Manage incoming calls, emails, post, and online portals efficiently Draft legal documents and bills under supervision using appropriate templates and precedents Assist with the progression of conveyancing matters, including liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and third parties Handle basic legal processes such as preparing forms, arranging funding, and supporting case progression through relevant systems Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and transaction details Prepare completion statements and assist with post-completion matters Ensure clients are regularly updated on the progress of their cases Review and obtain documentation from clients and third parties, ensuring accuracy and completeness Support compliance with firm policies, including data protection, confidentiality, and file management procedures Assist with anti-money laundering checks and file audits in line with risk management policies Deliver a consistently high level of client service Key
Requirements
Previous experience in a conveyancing or property law environment.
