Job Description Paralegal - Residential Conveyancing Annual Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 Location: Farnham, UK Job Type: Full-time Join a dynamic and growing Residential Conveyancing team in Farnham as a full-time Paralegal.

the role
Support experienced lawyers by managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters. Perform a full range of administrative duties including managing calls, responding to enquiries, and providing updates to clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors.
Handle file opening procedures ensuring compliance, draft contract packs, and manage post-exchange administration including preparing COTS, conducting final searches, lodging SDLT, and AP1. Deal with Land Registry requisitions and occasionally perform dictation tasks.
Maintain high standards of client care, ensuring effective communication and updates. Required Skills &
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Paralegal in the legal sector, preferably within Residential Conveyancing. Familiarity with Conveyancing processes and procedures. Experience with Tikit Partner for Windows is advantageous. Excellent client care skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in modern IT systems, both audio and copy typing, and diary management. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
