the role

Handle your own caseload of sale & purchase files under supervision. Update clients and introducers on the progress of matters. Raise and respond to enquiries, interrogate responses, and provide detailed reports to clients.

Deal with pre-exchange and completion issues. Work closely with a team of Fee Earners, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants. Ensure a high level of service and communication throughout the conveyancing process. Required Skills &

Qualifications

GCSE pass at grade C or above in English and Maths. A law degree (ideally 2:1 or above) or an equivalent law qualification is highly desirable. Experience of working within a law firm environment with prior residential conveyancing or wider property exposure.

Competence in operating IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. High level of attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to deliver tasks timely and effectively under pressure.
