Job Description A well-established high-street law firm in Swindon is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal to support a busy and growing Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal or a law graduate with conveyancing experience looking to progress long term within private practice.
The Role You will be supporting fee earners on a varied residential conveyancing caseload, handling files from instruction through to completion. Key Responsibilities Assisting with residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold matters Drafting contracts and supporting documentation Managing files from instruction to post-completion Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors Submitting searches and reviewing search results Land Registry applications and post-completion work The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in residential conveyancing as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant Strong understanding of the conveyancing process Excellent client care and communication skills Highly organised with good attention to detail Law graduates with relevant conveyancing experience will be considered What’s on Offer Competitive salary based on experience Supportive team environment Clear progression opportunities Exposure to quality conveyancing work Long-term career stability within a reputable firm This role would suit a Conveyancing Paralegal seeking progression, increased responsibility, and long-term development within a residential property team.
