Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor Location: London Salary: Dependent on experience Overview An established and growing legal practice is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its dynamic team. Key Responsibilities The role will involve managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including: Residential property sales and purchases Leasehold and freehold transactions Remortgages and transfers of equity Land Registry applications and title checks Drafting and reviewing contracts and deeds Shared ownership and new build purchases Advising clients on Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other third parties Candidate Requirements Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing Ideally NQE–5 years’ PQE Ability to manage a caseload independently Skills and Experience The successful candidate will demonstrate: Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a team High levels of organisation and the ability to prioritise a busy workload Additional Information The firm works with a diverse client base, including both local and international clients, and is committed to delivering a high standard of service.
