Job Description Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer – Hornchurch Hornchurch | Full-Time | Competitive Salary Are you an experienced Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor looking for your next opportunity? We’re looking for a confident and organised conveyancing professional who can manage their own caseload independently, providing excellent client service from initial instruction right through to post-completion.
The Role Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion Handle transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate and up-to-date files Prepare and review contracts, reports, legal documentation and correspondence Deal with searches, enquiries, title checks and exchange of contracts Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors Manage completions, financial transactions and post-completion requirements Monitor key dates, deadlines and transaction milestones Provide clear, professional and timely communication to clients throughout the process Ensure all matters are handled in accordance with relevant legal, regulatory and compliance requirements What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor Strong experience in residential conveyancing Proven ability to manage a caseload independently from instruction through to post-completion Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legal requirements Excellent communication and client-care skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organisation and ability to manage competing deadlines Confident using legal case-management systems and IT Professional, proactive and commercially aware approach What’s on Offer?
