Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive Location: Doncaster or one of the firm’s Lincolnshire offices Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Hours: 09:00 to 17:15, Monday to Friday A well-established law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing property team.
This is a great opportunity for a residential property professional looking for a role where you can manage your own caseload, work directly with clients and become part of a supportive and established team. The Role You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including: Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties Remortgages and transfers of equity Dealing with lenders, estate agents and other third parties Reviewing contracts, leases and title documentation Managing files and ensuring transactions progress efficiently Providing clear and practical advice to clients Building strong relationships with clients and other professionals Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where required About You The successful candidate will ideally have: At least 5 years PQE or equivalent experience in residential property Strong experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload Good knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions Excellent client care and communication skills Strong organisational and time management skills The ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision A good working knowledge of IT and legal case management systems What's on Offer?
