Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

- Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

Join a long-established, friendly law firm in the heart of Epsom, known for its dedicated team and exceptional legal support staff. We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, providing high-quality service and building lasting relationships with clients.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Advise on transfers of equity, manage remortgages, equity release transactions, new build purchases, and Help to Buy matters.
- Draft and review contracts and supporting documentation.
- Carry out title investigations and report to clients.
- Liaise with lenders, estate agents, developers, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and lender requirements.
- Deliver exceptional client care throughout the transaction process.
- Support business development initiatives and maintain strong local connections within the Surrey property market.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ideally 2+ years' PQE, with flexibility for the right candidate.
- Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Strong technical expertise across a broad range of residential property transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
- Strong organisational and case management skills.
- Commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
