About the Firm An Elite US law firm is looking to hire a Corporate Associate at 1–6 PQE into its highly regarded London corporate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate lawyer looking to develop within a market-leading transactional practice and gain exposure to sophisticated, international work.
About the Role
The team advises major corporates, private equity sponsors, financial institutions and other sophisticated clients on a broad range of complex and high-value transactions, including, private and public M&A, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and private equity transactions.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on significant, often cross-border matters alongside lawyers across multiple jurisdictions. The practice has particularly strong sector exposure across technology, media & telecommunications, financial services, energy & infrastructure, healthcare & life sciences, consumer & retail, industrials and real estate, although the work is not limited to these areas.
About You
You will have 1–6 years' PQE in a corporate/M&A practice, with experience across M&A and/or private equity transactions gained from a well-regarded US, Magic or Silver Circle law firm Why Consider the Role?
