Corporate Associate – Private Equity (3–5 PQE)

The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate Associate (3–5 PQE) to join a highly regarded Private Equity team at a leading London law firm. You'll work on high-value, complex transactions for a premium client base, gaining exposure to some of the most sophisticated deals in the market.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising on private equity transactions, including buyouts, investments, and exitsSupporting on M&A deals from inception through to completionDrafting and negotiating key transaction documentsManaging due diligence processes and coordinating with specialist teamsBuilding strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholdersAbout You3–5 years' PQE in Corporate M&A / Private EquityTrained at a well-regarded law firm with strong technical groundingExperience working on private equity transactions (sponsor-side preferred but not essential)Confident communicator with strong commercial awarenessHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple work-streamsWhat's on OfferExposure to market-leading Private Equity workA collaborative, high-performing team environmentGenuine responsibility and client-facing opportunitiesClear progression pathway and long-term career developmentCompetitive salary and benefits package
