Job Description Legal Secretary – Corporate Commercial | Norwich Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a new opportunity in Norwich? We are recruiting for a full-time, permanent Legal Secretary to join a busy and supportive Corporate Commercial team within a well-established law firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous legal secretarial experience who enjoys providing high-quality support to fee earners and wants to become part of a friendly, professional team. The Role Working closely with Corporate Commercial fee earners,
your responsibilities will include
Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support Audio and copy typing Drafting, formatting and preparing legal documents and correspondence Assisting with case and matter preparation Opening, maintaining and managing client files Maintaining accurate records and documentation Assisting with billing and client accounts Liaising professionally with clients and third parties Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration What We're Looking For You will ideally have: Previous Legal Secretary experience Corporate Commercial experience would be advantageous, although not essential Excellent typing, IT and Microsoft Office skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities Excellent attention to detail Confident written and verbal communication skills A professional, friendly and approachable manner The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment Position Details Location: Norwich Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm Contract: Full-time, permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Benefits The firm offers an excellent benefits package, including: Profit-share bonus Bupa cash plan health cover Enhanced pension Death in service benefit Discounted personal legal services Generous annual leave entitlement Regular social events Supportive and friendly working environment If you're an experienced Legal Secretary in Norwich looking for a permanent opportunity within a Corporate Commercial law team, I'd be very happy to have a confidential conversation about the role.
