They are seeking an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE and a proven track record in handling a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
Key Responsibilities
Advising clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements. Providing legal advice on corporate governance and compliance issues.
Managing and developing client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in corporate and commercial law. Strong technical knowledge and experience in handling complex corporate transactions. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. A proactive and commercial approach to problem-solving.
