This is a genuinely influential hire, with the successful individual playing a key role in the next phase of the team's growth and development. You'll advise an impressive client base, from entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses through to major national and international organisations, across M&A, private equity, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and corporate restructurings.
