requirements
Approximately 2–6 years' PQE in corporate law Strong private equity and private M&A experience Experience gained at a leading City, international or US law firm Confidence drafting and negotiating key transaction documents Experience managing deal workstreams and working directly with clients Strong technical ability, commercial judgement and attention to detail A collaborative and proactive approach The role will involve: Leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and disposals Private M&A and cross-border transactions Minority and growth investments Co-investments, joint ventures and structured equity arrangements Management incentive plans Drafting and negotiating SPAs, shareholders' agreements and other key transaction documents Coordinating international and multidisciplinary deal teams This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious and highly regarded team, offering sophisticated international work, strong development prospects and competitive remuneration.
