Job Description A highly regarded international firm with particular strength across the energy, infrastructure and transport sectors is looking to add a 6-7 PQE Corporate Senior Associate to its London team. The corporate practice advises an impressive mix of private equity and infrastructure funds, major corporates, investors and other market participants.
The team regularly acts on significant domestic and international transactions, with a particularly strong track record in the firm's core sectors. The successful candidate can expect a broad and sophisticated corporate practice, encompassing M Strong transactional experience, ideally encompassing M The ability to run substantial elements of transactions with a high degree of autonomy; The confidence to supervise and develop junior members of the team; A genuineinterest in developing client relationships and contributing to business development; and A commercial, collaborative and hands-on approach.
