The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, restructurings, joint ventures, private equity investments and general corporate governance issues.

You will have the opportunity to manage your own matters while supporting on larger, complex transactions alongside experienced senior lawyers.
