Overview In this role you will support a market-leading Corporate team on high-value M&A and related transactions across Northern Ireland and beyond. You will work in a partner-led environment, handling complex deals and providing commercially driven advice.

The position offers exposure to cross-border matters, direct mentoring, and clear progression within a top-tier regional practice. You will contribute to deals that matter and shape client outcomes in a dynamic corporate environment.

Responsibilities handle sales and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity/venture capital transactions work on AIM listings, reorganisations, MBOs/MBIs and shareholder arrangements provide high-quality drafting and negotiation for complex deals support cross-border and international transactions report to and collaborate with a partner-led team for commercially-driven advice benefit from mentoring and direct partner access in a top-tier firm Key requirements Circa 2-6 years' PQE Northern Ireland qualified solicitor solid grounding in corporate/M&A transactional work strong technical drafting and negotiation skills commercially minded, client-focused approach client-focused commercially minded strong communication corporate/M&A transactional experience drafting and negotiation experience with high-value deals
