Corporate Solicitor – Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits – Birmingham This opportunity offers an experienced corporate solicitor the platform to develop their profile within the Birmingham market while supporting the continued growth of a well-established national practice.
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality work while working closely with senior lawyers on complex transactions. This role offers strong long-term progression within a growing Midlands platform, with exposure to a diverse and high-calibre client base.
The Role Advising on a broad range of M&A, corporate finance, and transactional matters Supporting clients on shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and investment work Providing corporate advisory support and general commercial guidance Managing matters from instruction through to completion, with appropriate supervision Working closely with partners and senior colleagues on complex, high-value transactions Building and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to team growth The Candidate Qualified Solicitor with 3–7 years' PQE and a strong grounding in corporate law Trained within a reputable City, national, or leading regional law firm Strong technical ability and commercial awareness Confident communicator with a client-focused approach Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to progress your career Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team The Benefits & How to Apply Competitive basic salary up to £85,000 (depending on experience) Competitive bonus structure Hybrid and flexible working Private medical insurance Generous annual leave plus bank holidays Life assurance and pension contributions Clear progression and development opportunities Apply in the strictest confidence online or via telephone.
