the role
Managing a portfolio of corporate clients across compliance and advisory services Advising on corporation tax, group structures, reorganisations and tax planning Reviewing corporate tax returns and computations prepared by junior staff Mentoring junior members of the tax team and supporting their development Contributing to business development activity and proposals Required skills and
qualifications
CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified with a strong corporate tax background gained in practice At least five years' experience within a UK Practice environment Proven experience managing a corporate portfolio across compliance and advisory work Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation and current developments Excellent client facing skills, with the ability to explain complex matters clearly
