This growing regional practice is looking for a Tax Manager to join their Firm in either Manchester, Altrincham, Chester or Bury, paying a salary of £56,000 - £67,000.

responsibilities

As a Tax Manager , you'll be a key member of the Advisory team - supporting business owners and high-growth clients on a wide range of tax planning and structuring matters. Your role will involve: Partnering with Tax Directors and Senior Managers on complex advisory and compliance projects Delivering high-quality advice on acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, EOTs, share schemes, incorporations and remuneration planning Leading HMRC enquiry responses and reviewing junior team work Acting as a trusted technical resource for smaller firms and internal teams Coaching, developing and inspiring junior members of the tax team As a Tax Manager

you will

You'll be a people-driven professional who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative, modern environment. ACCA / ACA / CTA qualified (or equivalent) Circa 3+ years' post-qualification experience in tax within practice Experience advising OMBs on corporation tax, income tax and CGT matters Exposure to VAT is a plus, but not essential Strong communicator with a proactive, hands-on attitude Tax Manager
