The RoleYou will support the delivery of a broad range of projects throughout the North West, providing both pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services. Responsibilities include:Preparing cost plans and cost estimatesCost modelling and feasibility studiesTender documentation and procurement adviceContract administration and cost reportingChange management and final accountsSupporting project delivery from inception through completionBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsWorking within NEC and JCT contract environmentsSupporting senior team members on complex commissionsContributing to business development and client growth opportunitiesAbout YouConsultancy Quantity Surveying or Cost Management experienceStrong pre-contract and post-contract knowledgeNEC experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAspirations to become MRICS qualified Experience of Cost X software advantageousWhat's On Offer?
