Job Description Counterbalance Forklift Driver – Distribution Centre Location: Magna Park, LE17 Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm Pay Rate: £14.04 per hour Contract: Temporary to Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy distribution centre based in Magna Park, LE17.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for a long-term position, with the opportunity to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities

Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently. Moving, loading and unloading stock within the distribution centre. Acting as a counterbalance runner, moving goods between different areas of the warehouse. Assisting with general warehouse duties when required.

Supporting the wider warehouse team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Following all health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

A valid external counterbalance forklift licence is essential. Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift. Willingness to assist with general warehouse duties. Good attention to detail and a strong focus on safety.

Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team. What's on Offer? £14.04 per hour. Fixed afternoon shift, Monday to Friday. Consistent weekday working hours. Temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
