Your new role In your new role as Credit Controller, you will take responsibility for maintaining accurate customer ledgers and supporting the effective day-to-day running of the sales ledger and credit control function.
Your responsibilities will include processing daily payments, producing credits and invoices, reconciling merchant statements and monitoring transactions to ensure sales and refunds across B2C channels are accurately captured.
You will also issue month-end statements to credit customers, complete credit card reconciliations and ensure accounts remain up to date and accurate. Alongside this, you will carry out credit checks and due diligence on new accounts, monitor accounts in line with the company's credit insurance policy and identify higher-risk or slow-paying customers for escalation.
