Our client a well-established, growing law firm in Liverpool is looking for an experienced Credit Hire Litigator to manage a caseload of litigated fast-track and multi-track claims, including liability disputed cases, from proceedings through to trial.

You'll bring solid knowledge of Credit Hire case law, MOJ protocols and CPR, strong negotiation skills, and the resilience to manage a busy caseload under pressure while keeping hire companies and clients updated every step of the way.
