Job Description CRM Marketing Specialist (Salesforce Cloud) London / WFH to £45kAre you a hands-on CRM Marketing Specialist who enjoys combining data, technology and creative customer engagement? As a CRM Marketing Specialist you'll take ownership of the multi-channel CRM strategy. You'll manage campaigns and automations across email, push notifications and in-app messaging, helping to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and value.
This is a highly data driven and autonomous role, where you'll work closely with Product, Data, Marketing and Pension teams to turn business requirements into effective CRM campaigns and personalised customer journeys. Location / WFH:You'll join the team in the London office with flexibility to work from home twice a week.
About you
