Curriculum Manager - Professional Services North London - FTC maternity cover £55,684 - £59,065 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Curriculum Manager to lead and develop Accounting & Finance provision within a successful Further Education environment.
We are seeking an ambitious and inspiring education leader with a proven track record of driving quality improvement, developing staff, and delivering outstanding learner outcomes. This role would suit an existing Curriculum Manager, Head of Department, Head of School or a senior curriculum leader looking for their next challenge.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Accounting & Finance curriculum provision Drive improvements in learner recruitment, retention and achievement Manage and support teaching staff to deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment Lead quality assurance activities including lesson observations, SARs and QIPs Monitor curriculum performance and implement continuous improvement strategies Develop employer and stakeholder relationships Contribute to curriculum planning, growth and business development Ensure compliance with awarding body and funding requirements Promote innovation in teaching and learning, including digital delivery Teach up to a maximum of 15 hours. per week Essential Requirements Relevant degree and/or professional qualification Full teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, DET or equivalent) Experience coordinating or managing curriculum delivery within FE Experience managing teaching staff and driving performance improvement Strong understanding of quality assurance processes including SARs and QIPs Experience analysing recruitment, retention and achievement data Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills Desirable Accounting, Finance or Professional Services curriculum experience Verifier qualification Experience of curriculum growth and employer engagement In Return Salary of £55,684 - £59,065 per annum - FTC maternity cover Opportunity to join a successful and growi...
