Customer Contracts Manager

Overview

As Customer Contracts Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end customer experience from order to delivery, ensuring contracts are delivered on time, to cost, and to quality. You will coordinate cross-functional activity with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to translate requirements into clear specifications and resolve issues.

The role focuses on maintaining high customer satisfaction and managing contract changes in a complex manufacturing environment. You will engage with senior stakeholders and high-profile customers, supporting the business’s mission to evolve sustainable mobility.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle from order won to completion
• Translate customer requirements into clear specifications
• Manage changes and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction
• Coordinate cross-functional activity across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain
• Ensure contractual commitments are met on time, to cost, and to quality
• Engage with customers and senior stakeholders
