Cardy@hays.comYour new company An exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Experience Manager, Customer Success Manager or Account Manager to join a growing business and take ownership of key customer relationships.
This role reports directly to the Customer Experience Director and includes line management of 1 direct report. Your new role You'll be responsible for building stronger existing customer relationships, improving the customer experience, coordinating customer projects and working with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention and business growth.
What you'll need to succeed You will have:Proven experience managing customer relationships within a B2B environmentA background in Customer Experience, Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service or Relationship ManagementExperience using CRM systems to manage customer activity and drive improvementsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectivelyExperience coordinating projects, schedules or service delivery activitiesStrong organisational and prioritisation skillsCommercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for customer growth and retentionPrevious leadership or people management experience would be advantageous.
